Return & Exchange Policy

Not in love with your new items?
We’re in love with you and want you to be happy with them!

  • Request a return or exchange by emailing us at info@rackandclutch.com and review our return policy below.
  • All items purchased in person on the truck are exchange only and are not refundable unless damaged.       
  • All return/exchanges must be received within 21 days of the purchase date or original shipment date.
  • Sale items are all final sale & cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • All items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed, smoke-free condition and with their original tags attached. Clothing returned without original tags or not in compliance with our return/exchange policy will be refused or charged a $5 restock fee.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. A shipping fee of $5 will be charged to cover shipping cost on all exchanges and must be paid by the customer via Square invoice before exchange shipment will be released to shipping carrier. 
  • When returning the item(s), please use a trackable and insured shipping method as we are not responsible for return packages lost in the mail.
